Richard is a Senior Delivery Manger within the International Relations, Trade, and Investment Department within the Welsh Government, with responsibility for supporting businesses looking at Wales as an investment location. He has over 32 years’ experience in the public and private sectors in construction and inward Investment projects in areas such compound semiconductors, aerospace, automotive, housing and regeneration.
