Innovation Investment Capital (IIC): Investing in innovative high-growth businesses, for sustainable success

The IIC programme is initially a £50 million commitment to scale innovative SME success in Southeast Wales – providing patient capital through investments of £2m-£7m, to high-growth, technology-focused enterprises based in or expanding to one of the ten unitary authorities in the Cardiff Capital Region.

Created by CCR, powered by PwC and structured as an Alternative Investment Fund managed by Capricorn Fund Managers, this pioneering funding programme is geared to generating sustainable growth and inclusive prosperity for our whole Region. This will help realise the ambitions of enterprises being built and shaped around bold visions for the future.

The presentation will introduce the fund and what it offers, what it’s looking for in opportunities and then finally what is the investment process.
