Bro Tathan is arranged over a site of approximately 1,200 acres together with its own fully operational runway, Bro Tathan is strategically located within the Cardiff Airport and Bro Tathan and Enterprise Zone, 5 miles from Cardiff Airport and within easy reach of the M4 motorway and major UK cities.
Cardiff Airport and Port Rd Rhoose, offer over 190 acres of land directly adjacent and at Cardiff Airport suitable for Aerospace, R&D, manufacturing and office units. Cardiff Airport has 24/7 runway access 365 days of the year and is also home to British Airways Maintenance Centre, which completes maintenance on their Boeing Aircraft.
Welsh Government continue to invest heavily in the infrastructure to create a thriving environment for business at Bro Tathan and Cardiff Airport. This includes the creation of a civilian operated runway at Bro Tathan plus a new access road which has significantly improved connectivity into the site.
